About
Moss Curled Parsley (Petroselinum Crispum) is a compact, leafy plant. Technically, it’s biennial, but most gardeners treat it as an annual because it goes to seed in its second year and the plant turns bitter. It grows upright to about 12 inches. Parsley Moss Curled grows across zones 3–12, tolerates a light frost, and produces well in partial shade. In the kitchen it is used fresh as a garnish, gets added to sauces, and freezes for off-season use.
