About
Lemon Grass (Cymbopogon Сitratus) - is a tender perennial grass native to the tropical areas of South and Southeast Asia, where it grows wild in hot and humid climates. The plant grows dense upright clumping blades that reach 3-4 feet tall, and the entire plant has a sharp citrus scent the moment you touch it. Unlike most herbs, lemongrass does not produce blooms. When grown outdoors, it is a perennial in USDA Zones 8-11. If you live north of this area, grow it in containers and bring it indoors before the first fall frost. At KVITER you can order Lemon Grass seeds for sale for your kitchen herb planter.
